DO NOT LIVE HERE, THE MANAGEMENT IS UNRESPONSIVE AND YOU CAN RARELY GET THROUGH TO ANYONE ON-SITE. Upon calling for anything, as a resident, you get redirected to an off-site representative who takes a message and says someone will call you back, that does not happen. Call again, they apologize and promise to forward the message, still no response. When there are billing issues related to their flawed automatic payment system, they gaslit and say you have to call another office, but it seems that nobody handles billing issues, except that while you try to resolve it, they find a way to assess a late fee of $75. Calling security about noise complaints yields varied, but trending toward lackluster, responses. As a management company, they send multiple emails a week about threats of towing cars in visitor spots, dog leash rules, and notifications about fumes from tub resurfacing, yet they ignore pressing concerns from residents. Having lived in another greystar property, I am dreading move-out, when they upcharge for everything that they claimed wasn't worthy of noting on move-in. If you choose to live here, document EVERYTHING with intense scrutiny or you'll be paying to replace it at the end of your time here. If prices hadn't gone up around us, we would move elsewhere for better management and return on our $$.

The Maintenace Crew at MV is amazing! This time we're struggling with a noisy ventilation system (driving us crazy!) in the hallway outside our apartment, and Maintenance with Ricardo in the lead, has brainstormed solutions to figure out the best course of action. The service is prompt, respectful, and highly competent - the team is always going out of its way to help. THANK YOU!!!!
